Cell teams are what we call our men’s small groups.
Like an expertly trained Marine Corps Silent Drill Team, our cell teams
are a small group of Christian Men, at all stages of our walk with God, who have united together to hone our skills as Christian Warriors, to prepare  ourselves for the daily battle against evil, and to enhance our relationship with our Saviour, Jesus Christ.  We learn, grow, and fight TOGETHER.  Each of us depends on each other.  Our small Cell Teams are modeled after the Cell Team that Jesus created
with His Disciples.
In order for our cell teams to succeed, the following standards are strictly adhered to:

•Respect your cell team’s confidentiality. At no time are group members to discuss problems or issues that any other member chooses to share, with anyone outside your cell group without that member’s permission. What happens in your cell group stays in your cell group.
•Be on time and bring your Bible. A leader respects another’s time as much as their own.
•Have an attitude of respect and empathy. Please maintain an open heart and spiritually-focused mind during the meetings. Not everyone has had your experience or shares your understanding.
•Prioritize your cell team meetings. In the event that you need to miss a meeting, please call your cell team leader.
•Remember that you are needed. “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10 NIV
•Read your Bible every day. Five minutes minimum..
•Pray for one another every day.
